Kill NNPC, before NNPC will kill Nigeria' - El Rufai warns

Nasir El Rufai the Kaduna state governor says; NNPC has to die in other for the Nigerian oil industry to move forward. According to El Rufai, if the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation is not 'killed', it will kill Nigeria. This he said while speaking at the 7th Wole Soyinka Lecture holding in Lagos today 13th July.
