Kim K has been nonstop ever since she arrived in New Orleans the day before. The heavily pregnant 34-year-old star may have been feeling the effects of her whirlwind schedule as she arrived at airport ahead of a departing flight out of the Louisiana city. Kim rubbed her back while looking a tad uncomfortable in a skintight white dress that displayed her growing bump and strappy beige high heels. Her face had a somewhat weary expression when she exited the chauffeured SUV with her best friend Jonathan Cheban. Although her eyes were partially concealed by her designer shades, Kim's expression was not. And she continued to rub her lower back while strolling towards the terminal, no doubt looking forward to that moment on the plane when she could sit down and rest those feet. She spent the night before masquerading around New Orleans in all-black. Kim may have been in the mood to lighten up as she emerged on Tuesday wearing the angelic white outfit. The reality star dressed her growing baby bump in a skintight mini-dress and long tailed button down shirt as she stepped out to lunch in the Louisiana city. The reality star's ample cleavage was also on display as she stepped out of a car with her BFF Jonathan following close behind. Kim carried a simple clutch as she stood tall in strappy heels while rocking her nearly ever present sunglasses.
