Man City Star David Silva Ruled Out Of Football Action For 4weeks

The 29-year-old damaged his ankle ligaments during Spain's 4-0 win over Luxembourg on Friday and will miss several key fixtures, including the upcoming Manchester derby. Silva's injury has further increased City's injury woes with Sergio Aguero earlier suffered a hamstring injury on thursday, one that left him in tears according to his club and international team-mate Nicolas Otamendi, during Argentina’s 2-0 defeat against Ecuador. 

The Argentina Football Association confirmed on Friday that Aguero suffered a grade two tear that could keep him out for up to six weeks, meaning both he and Silva are liable to miss the upcoming Manchester derby and potentially the crucial Champions League double header against Sevilla.
