OMG! How did Boko Haram leader acquire this deadly weapon?

I doubt if the Nigeria ill-equipped soldiers according to Alex Badeh, can boast of such caliber of ammunition. The only logical explanation is that these terrorists are sponsored by powerful men or countries.
